Description

The RF series is a roof-mounted axial fan with blades and adjustable tilt angle for maximum efficiency. They are specifically specified in applications requiring absolute compliance with high air pressure and volume specifications. The RF is exceptionally durable, powerful and highly efficient thanks to blades optimized for high efficiency and head. Besides, the sturdy shell structure allows for easy installation.
They are available in a wide variety of models with Ø from 300 to 1000 mm with 2, 4, 6 and 8 pole motors in 6, 9 and 12 blade versions.
This product line is suitable to run in the temperature range from -40°C to +300°C.

Construction

RF series consist of box casing, fan casing, impeller,motor, inlet and outlet flangesntrol.

Casing

RF series is made of hot galvanized steel or Epoxy painted steel and 304 or 316 square tube type stainless steel. Modular design, easy to maintain and assemble or disassemble. Make sure the shell is sturdy and stable.

Impeller

The impeller is the most important part of the fan, the impeller is made of die-cast aluminum alloy, the sophisticated aerodynamic configuration ensures high efficiency and low noise. Manual height-adjustable blades allow maximum flexibility to match individual airflow requirements. The variable blade count increases the performance range.
Each propeller is statically and dynamically balanced and tested to ensure smooth operation. All propellers are X-ray inspected to ensure perfect casting.
All blades are ISO 1940 balanced with G2.5mm/s quality standard.

Motor

The characteristic is compact structure, short axial size low noise. The motor is made of 100% copper winding and equipped with high quality Japanese ball bearing, high efficiency, low noise, maintenance free and long life. Power supply – single-phase or three-phase to accommodate a wide range of voltages and frequencies. The standard motors have Class F and H enclosure class IP 55.

The performance is tested international standards by BS 848-1:1985 and ISO 5801.

Forms of running

RF Series fans can be made to accommodate requirements for corrosive fume and explosion risk applications. Special coatings and alternative materials, such as stainless steel, are available as well as increased safety motors and anti-static impellers.
